I hope this letter finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for your invaluable contributions to the beautiful event we organized. The Love Train Community Block Party was a resounding success, with an incredible 97% attendance. This would not have been possible without your dedication, passion, and the services, resources, and special items you generously shared with the community.

I want to extend a special thank you to those of you who took the time to get vaccinated. Your commitment to the health and safety of our community is truly commendable.

The children had an absolute blast in the KIDZ ZONE, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the parents for overseeing their children’s activities and ensuring their safety throughout the event.

I would also like to extend my appreciation to our dedicated kitchen staff:
• Cheryln Cloy
• Linda Black
• George Cloy

A big thank you to our skilled grill masters:
• Phillip and Cynthia Green

Our event would not have been possible without the selfless dedication of our volunteers, who worked tirelessly to make it a memorable experience:

• Sean Latif, our talented photographer
• Gloria Johnson, Sadie Pimpleton, and Wendy Fortney from Pepper Pot Kinship Support Group

• Sarah Thompson from Intercultural Children & Family Service
• Yvonne Licorish from Pepper Pot Kinship Support Group
• Suzanne Cabrerra and family from Catholic Community Services

Your contributions made the Love Train Community Block Party a truly special and memorable event for everyone involved. Your dedication to serving the community is an inspiration, and I am humbled by your generosity and commitment.

Looking ahead, I am excited to announce our next event, the Winter Wonderland, scheduled for December 16, 2023. I hope to see all of you there, continuing to spread love and joy in our community.
Once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your unwavering support.
