Our mission is to provide resources, education, and support to grandmothers raising grandchildren—fostering family unity, socio-emotional growth, and self-determination. Through impactful programs like Hope’s Closet and Grandma’s Hands Art Therapy, we’re creating safe spaces for families and caregivers to thrive.
